Accidents

Please inform us about any accident that occurs during your stay on our premises or in the hotel.

Our staff will, of course, be happy to assist you with any further necessary steps.

Bathrobes

During your stay, we provide one bathrobe per person free of charge.

Would you like to take a little piece of Woferlgut home with you? Bathrobes are also available for purchase at reception.

Bar

Our restaurant bar is open until midnight.

Enjoy your evening with a glass of wine, a beer or a cocktail.

Bikes

Bicycles are not permitted in the hotel rooms.

A lockable bicycle garage is available for your use. You can obtain access at reception.

If it is absolutely necessary to bring a bicycle to your room in individual cases, this is only permitted in a suitable bicycle transport bag. The bicycle must be completely protected to ensure that carpets, walls and furniture remain clean and undamaged.

Bill

You are welcome to settle your hotel bill on the evening before your departure.

Please note that once your bill has been settled, no further charges can be added to your room account.

Departure

On your day of departure, your room is available until 11:00 am. We kindly ask you to vacate your room by this time.

Would you like to enjoy your holiday a little longer? We are happy to store your luggage free of charge in our luggage room.

Emergency Exits

Please use the designated emergency exits only in an emergency.

Fire Safety & Fire

Our hotel is equipped with a fire alarm system. Escape and emergency routes are clearly marked.

In case of fire:

Stay calm.
Follow the instructions of our staff and emergency services.
Do not use the lift.
Use the designated escape routes.

Fitness

Our fitness centre is located on the first floor of the indoor pool complex and is open daily from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm. Please use your chip / key card.

Access from the main building is via the connecting corridor in the basement.

Use is permitted from the age of 14.

Garage

During your stay, please use our free underground car park. This keeps the outdoor parking spaces available for day visitors and protects your vehicle from the weather.

The garage gate is locked from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am and can be opened with your room card.

Half Board Plus

If you have booked our Half Board Plus, you can look forward to the following culinary highlights:

To reserve your table for dinner, we are happy to arrange a fixed dinner time with you at check-in.

Indoor Pool & Badewelt

Our indoor pool is open daily from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Please note that opening hours for individual areas may vary. You can find the current opening hours in our weekly programme or at reception.

Information Channel

Information and webcams from the surrounding mountain cable cars can be accessed via the information channel on your TV.

Internet / Wi-Fi

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and grounds.

Massage

Our massage team is available daily from 12:30 pm to 9:00 pm.

Appointments can be arranged directly at reception.

Mini Golf / Adventure Golf

Our on-site mini and adventure golf course has 12 holes and can be enjoyed by both beginners and experienced players.

Information on opening hours and prices is available at reception.

Mobility Card & Local Taxes

For guests aged 15 and over, the statutory local charges (local tax and mobility contribution) are charged per person and night in addition to the room rate.

The mobility contribution includes your Mobility Card, which allows you to use public transport free of charge throughout the province of Salzburg during your stay.

Your digital Mobility Card will be sent to the email address you provided after check-in. It also includes bus and train timetables as well as further information for your stay in the region.

Mountain & Trekking Bike Rental

During the summer months, our hotel’s mountain and trekking bikes are available for rent.

If you are interested, please contact reception.

Night Entrance

The night entrance can be opened with your room card between 7:00 pm and 7:00 am.

Pharmacy

The nearest pharmacy is located in the centre of Bruck, approximately a 7-minute walk from the hotel.

Would you like to send a postcard or letter?

We are happy to accept your mail at reception and take it to the post office for you.

Reception

Our reception is available daily from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm.

Repairs & Technical Issues

Is something not working as it should?

Please let us know directly at reception. Whether it is a faulty light bulb, a technical problem or a repair that is needed – we will take care of it.

Room Key / Room Card

Please carry your room card / chip with you at all times during your stay.

You will need it, among other things, for:

the night entrance (main building)
access to the Badewelt

Running

Your running route starts right outside our door.

Run along the Salzach River or turn towards Kaprun before reaching the small forest – depending on your preferred distance and duration.

Safe

A safe with instructions for use is available in every room.

We recommend keeping valuables and important personal documents in the safe during your stay.

Sauna

Our sauna area is open daily from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the sauna area. Guests over the age of 12 may use the sauna when accompanied by a parent.

Relaxation areas are available directly within the sauna area. Further themed and relaxation rooms can be found in the Badewelt area.

Shopping & Souvenirs

Would you like to take a little piece of Woferlgut home with you?

You can find lovely souvenirs, gift vouchers and special gifts at our reception and in the camping shop.

The farm shop opposite reception also offers a selection of regional products – perfect as a holiday souvenir or a small gift for friends and family at home.

Ski Room

Our ski room is located in the basement of the hotel.

Access is possible from both inside and outside daily from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in hotel rooms or in any publicly accessible indoor areas.

Please note that a fire alarm triggered by smoking can result in considerable emergency response and cleaning costs, which may be charged to the guest.

Solarium

Our solarium is located on the first floor of the indoor pool complex.

Solarium coins are available at reception in the hotel and in the Badewelt.

Need a taxi?

We will be happy to order one for you. Simply contact reception.

Tennis

Woferlgut has three outdoor tennis courts, which you can use free of charge.

Tennis rackets and balls are available at reception. A court reservation list is located in the lobby.

Towels

We are happy to change your hand and bath towels. Our simple rule is:
